Texas Government News: David Kabela NCSEA’s Manager of the Year

David Kabela, manager of the state child support division’s office in Victoria, has just been presented with the National Child Support Enforcement Association’s “Outstanding Manager of the Year” award. Every year the NCSEA chooses chooses one manager from the public or private sector who has made a significant impact in their field. NCSEA is a membership based nonprofit organization that puts their efforts into supporting child support professionals. David Kabela started working in the Child Support Division back in 1987, getting his start as a Child Support Officer. David Kabela was also chosen for the award in 2006.
