The House Committee on Environmental Regulation will hold a joint hearing with the House Committee on Appropriations Subcommittee on Article VI, VII and VIII to take invited testimony on the following Interim Charge: Examine the effectiveness of the Texas Emissions Reduction Plan (TERP) since its inception in 2001.
